Yeah so, when you're not subject to my 'creative' endeavours, I have to subject you to Djinn's. Djinn is, as she has
said, somehow able in some more less orthodox fields of...
creativity. This one is chalk-carving.
Her first documented little work in this field was
me in June 2006.

And for some inexplicable reason, I have never posted it 'till now. I'm an ass. D: [To see the entirely overphallic size comparison with Chai you have to
see the original entry.
Recently - just a while ago, actually - Mae was joined by a celebrity.

That's none other than Mustrum Ridcully, Archancellor of the Unseen University of Discworld.Let me explain Djinn's sudden masochistic action of carving up a small piece of chalk for Mustrum Ridcully, other than him being the coolest wizard there was. After
raydance's "Boo hiss" about
Discworld figurines, I went to check out if there were any; of course there were,
were being the operative word - for the company doing them had closed down. A website, dedicated to selling Discworld collectible items,
also closed down. Therefore, the long and short is - there are no more Discworld figurines.
So Djinn sat down after dinner as I played an hour more of Escape from Monkey Island I shouldn't be playing and started chipping away at a small piece of red/pink Ikea chalk.
( Click for full pictures of Mustrum Ridcully please. )I could play chess with these things. ::glee:: It's too bad they're 'bit fragile.
Also, I'm sorry I keep posting in a row. It's a desperate attempt of escapism because I won't be able to do it next week.
[Also, this will prolly be crossposted on Djinn's el-jay in her own verbose and personal fashion. But I think he's awesome and we put different images out of cut, so the deja vu will pass.]
